I love these shoes. I wanted something chunky and fashionable but without having to wear heels all day. Because of the platform there’s only a slight lift between the sole and heel, so you can have the look of heels and a little height without having to suffer. Unlike the previous reviewer, I have no problem with the ankle strap - it fits fine. (Tip: if the holes aren’t exactly the size you need a shoe repair guy can bore a new hole for you.)
